We should all recieve coupons in the mail for the pasta dish...it was the correct form. :)
The form stated this at the top..."To receive a FREE product coupon for a NEW pasta dish that is easy to prepare in just minutes, please provide your full contact information. "
So just look for your coupon to arrive either in your mail or in your email. :)
