I just entered everything, and after I got the confirmation e-mail, it said they had already filled the quota-but it also said if you sign up you'll be placed on priority if/when they ever do that promotion again...so no harm trying.

Yeah I also went through and it said they had filled their quota. I was bummed because I filled this out a few days ago but I must have deleted the confirmation email! Bummer...
