I think that this site is cheating people. I made a request of free samples (i'm already a member), but I think they gonna charge me 5$ anyway! Then I was trying to cancel my request by phone, but noone take the phone! And look on their customer care e-mail: dermaskin2002@yahoo.com

You have to earn the points to get the samples for free. I left specific instructions on how to complete this offer. The free 300 points was a benefit that new members get when signing up; if you are already a member then you need to read on the site and find the other ways to earn points. Can I ask why you are a member of their site already if you don't trust them?
I signed up for a new membership today (6-14) received 400 points but when I went to the link to get my free samples it said samples are out of stock as of 6-12 but new samples should be up soon.
