I think this is valid in Brazil only. When I clicked on the select cities link, a list of non-US cities came up.
Looks like this is for cities in India only.

OK, I sign up and i sad "they deliver to select cities" and there was a link with the cities. And I thing those listed cities from different country. Maybe this is offer for a different country...
yup, those are all Indian cities so I don't think I'll be seeing that sample! :)
I signed up and they said my sample would be delivered to me in 2 weeks! I am in Texas.
I signed up and it said I'd have mine in two weeks, too, but then at the bottom it said Colgate-Palmolive (India), and it listed a bunch of cities in India.
