I spoke via email to customer service back and forth through out the day (Tuesday 6-2-09). They are doing their best to get everyone's stuff out. Let's talk about time frames and when to start making those phone calls to customer service. From the day you sign up you should receive your welcome/membership kit with your RX Card in two weeks (mine came in 2 weeks and 2 days). The vouchers for your Gift Cards will arrive 2-3 weeks after that (it is normally two weeks but they had a VERY large response with these gift cards). The minute you get your vouchers fill them out and send them in! You'll have your cards arrive in your mailbox within 2 weeks. The whole process originally was taking about a month from start to finish but the more offers they have to fill the harder it is to reach that time-frame, we are looking more at 6 weeks BUT we are all half way there at least, lol. FYI-You CAN Cancel at anytime! I cancelled when I received my welcome kit. Cancelling does NOT effect your Gift Cards so don't worry about that. I know it's hard but try to wait these "time-frames" out and if you surpass those then shoot me an email. =)

I am SO glad you posted about this! I went to sign up the other day and changed my mind but somehow the form was submitted anyway! Even though I didn't submit it! Anyway I'm waiting to hear back form them.

I just wanted to come and let everyone know that ITS WORKS I was very skeptical... specially for the sort of long wait but I GOT MY FORM TODAY! so they are keeping their word for the gift cards. Do not give up ladies! and i say give it a try! ;)
