Pretty sure I am boycotting the Old Navy Weekly Coupon Hunt now, I've got the number to corporate if any one wants it email me! I stayed awake until 3 am for the thing to reset and then I went to sleep. Don't know what time the reset actually took place. According to STL Mommy the latest it has ever been is 2:30 am. I am furious. Not only did it take all night to reset and I am cr@zy tired and I have to listen to my husband (who woke up grumpy) this morning tell me "Don't you feel stupid now"...erghhhhh....Now I'm even MORE mad!!! AND on top of that you can only keep the first coupon that you click on. Last week I got 4 coupons. This morning I found the tiny little $5 off $50 coupon, kept it, thinking I could choose at the end which one I wanted to give away on Facebook; then I find my second coupon ($15 of $75), i try to keep it and it tells me I've already kept one and to select a friend from Facebook. Well, I grit my teeth and log into Facebook try to give them to one of my friends and unless your friend is online you can't give the d@mn thing away!!! Anyway, good luck! I am exhausted and now in a terrible mood and my husband isn't helping!!!Here are instructions on the coupons I found. There are still more to find, if you can do it more power to ya, I have to get dressed now and head back home which will be a miserable 3 1/2 hour ride home! =( Today is not looking good! I stayed up with you all till maybe around 1230am...but the wine had me too sleepy! Then I woke up every hour and checked it until 4am when I just gave up. I got up around 9am and they big coupons were gone! I am so mad at Old Navy about this...because I waited and waited.
By the way the 20 off 100 dollar: You have to scratch the little girls shirt a few times and you will get it.
You are so not overreacting!! I stayed most of the night, wnet to sleep about 3 my time (2 your time) and was up at about 8:20 my time (7:20) your time, and all the good ones were gone already!! I am sooooo pissed at Old Navy, the people who desevered the coupons, those who were actually up all night waiting for them, didn't actually get anything good.

This is Jennifer from last night who checked out at 3:05am but I woke up this morning to take my daughter to school and sat down while she was getting ready and I believe the website reset at 8:00am. By the time, I was able to figure out the marshmellow on the hook then cast the line the 75 off 100 coupons were gone.
Let's hope they reset the website at 6:00pm.

No Brandie, You are not overreacting, I was up until 5am..when It wasn't even Sunday anymore...To then get up and come to work exhausted , only to find out that in the 15 minutes it took me to get to work, they FINALLY refreshed the page. So that means if you work and were on your way to your job, you had no chance of getting a good coupon. I think its disgusting, and unfair. And yes, I got the "I told you so" from my fiance.UGHHHH

I think you are right!! What thay want more from us!! I was always near my computer for 15 hours yesteday. I mean, is not that after they reset the site it is easy to get the coupon, so what are they thinking now!!!!??!!! Don'they realize that people have a family, work, a life!!!!????
Hey, I just got my subscription email and I am with you on the Old Navy thing. I waited up as long as I could but I have an 8 month old and I knew today I would pay so I think I gave up and went to bed about 1:45ish. However, I felt like an internet junkie because I had my laptop open and waiting and as soon as the baby woke me up at 6:30, I clicked refresh....still nothing! I don't know for sure when it finally refreshed because I had kids up and going, but I was looking around 8 or 9 this morning and it was up. The big coupons were gone though so I felt about like you do! I read some blogs last night saying people are hacking the site and getting all the coupons to resale them and sure enough, they are on ebay!!! Im not loosing any more sleep on this, old navy needs to do some work on this promotion!! If you would like to pass that phone number along, I will be happy to log a complaint with their corporate office right alongside yours!! Thanks so much for all you do!
I don't think someone hacked the site as in broke in and stole the coupons but they have figured out systems and ways to get them immediatly. Like one lady posted about an auto clicker that you can download and it refreshes your computer for you every 30 secs. Its not anything major I don't think but a way for certain people to get all the great coupons right away And yes if you go on ebay and search for old navy coupons they will pop up. Someone was selling a $75/$100 for $25 plus shipping!!!

Don't stress, I know it can be a hard thing to do. But I find it becoming a heavy thing to hold on too and its not healthy for the soul. Sooo I challenge you to look at someone and make a funny face... for no reason at all!! It makes a great laugh for a quick release and may be someones highlight of the day. Ok, playing devil's advocate here... isn't it their right to update the site with coupons whenever they would like? I think it stinks that someone gets on there, takes all the "good" coupons, and then sells them on ebay. But how can Old Navy prevent this? They can't anymore than other companies that put out good coupons can.
I don't search for the Old Navy coupons each week. I think it's too time consuming and honestly I don't find that many things at Old Navy that I even like. Maybe that's why I think people are overreacting to the situation.
I finally went to bed at about 4am EST - When my boyfriend was leaving for work. He reminded me how silly it was to wait up for a silly coupon. I had found a plug in for safari that plays music when the webpage updates. I set that for the old navy page and then found a chat room that would play a bell when the ON site updated. I fell asleep on the couch with the lap top next to me. at about 8 am i heard the bells rining and woke up and frantically began searching buyt the 75 and 50 were gone in literally minutes and on ebay minutes after that. I was able to get the $20 off $100 (the girls scratch and sniff tshirt) and then I sent a $15 off $100 through facebook to someone else i live with so. Then I switched to my desktop computer and was able to send another $20 off $100 to one of my friends. I have no idea how it let me send it since i had already sent one to a friend - i used the same email address... When my bf found out the best i got was the $20 off he was like you stayed up all night and still have to pay $80 for clothes? what was the point in that. I have never been awake for a reset because i work the weekend shift at work (thurs - friday - saturday ) 12 hr shifts so i never had the opportunity to sacrafice sleep before. I dont mind that they dont tell us the exact time otherwise there would be even more ppl searching. But I was PISSED that they said SUNDAY and it was 8am MONDAY. I wouldnt have minded if it was still Sunday somewhere in the united states! I REALLY hope they release more high value coupons - i heard there was only 1000 of the $75 but the first few hours it wasnt even showing up at the top as being gone - it seemed that a lot of ppl on the east coast never saw the counter for the $75. Maybe they can release a certain number for each times zone - cant they base it off your IP address - Like only 1000 of a coupon will appear on IP's registered in the EST 1000 registered in MTN etc...

It is definitely Old Navy's decision to release the coupons as they choose, however, I speak for myself when I say that they shouldn't announce a certain time of "release" and not follow thru with it. This Coupon Hunt was advertised to take place on Sunday; it was not; it released until 8am Central Time Monday.
Also, many people had problems with the coupons that they were able to finally get.
They also might try to take better security measures so that this issue cannot happen again regarding the coupons to be hacked.
Customer Service has also not been very sympathetic.
